Facilitator

An external facilitator, who understands your industry, can be of huge benefit during the strategic planning cycle. He or she can help during the Think phase to ensure all areas of your business are considered when setting the year's goals, during the Plan phase to make sure objectives and means are aligned and can help facilitate review meetings to ensure they're productive, and actions aligned to the strategy plan.
