Welcome to the new Anchorage blog.

Anchorage helps technology companies create the strategic planning systems and strategy plans to realise their vision. Strategic planning and great leadership are, in my opinion, the two essential building blocks upon which successful companies are built and it’s these two areas that I’ll be blogging about here.

As I’m new to ‘blogging’ (it is now a verb isn’t it?) bear with me as I build and refine it. My aim is to turn this blog (and Anchorage) into a leading source on strategic planning and strategic leadership.

From the Anchorage website you will see more tools, guides, tutorials and workshops focused on giving the help and support needed to create and implement coherent strategy plans. From this blog you will see my thoughts and ideas which you will hopefully find interesting, informative and on occasion entertaining.

I can promise that I’ll not write just for the sake of publishing another post. If I have nothing to say then I’ll not waste our precious time.

Whether you’re a CEO of a start-up, the MD of an SME, a VP, Director, the head of a corporate regional office or business unit, a senior manager… strategic planning and your leadership skills and attributes are fundamental to success.
