I can work with you and your people to establish a Strategic Planning framework, manage the development of your business strategy plan and monitor its implementation. Depending on your needs more time would be spent together in the first three months to establish the system and complete the Think and Plan phases. Once your teams are delivering on the plan our time together will reduce to a day or two each month to review progress and if necessary adapt the plan in order to stay on course.
